No call backs, nobody answers the machine at the service department. The thing finally broke down off the highway and it had to be towed in. Nobody called, nobody answered calls. When I called the 5th time I demanded to speak to a supervisor and they told me they no longer worked on minis and they guy in charge of looking at my car was fired and I guess they forgot about my car? And it would be another week or so. Essentially it took about a month for them to tell me they’d fix it for $12,600. It gets worse but here’s what you need to know; terrible communication, long turn around time, and they lost credit card information. The guy “put in charge of my car” also lied to me, the owner of the car, causing some real difficulties with the dealership I sold it to. Reading some of these reviews I can’t believe it’s the same place. Completely unprofessional and they’re charging outrageous prices for it. More

Great Mechanics Car broke down on a Friday evening (335d/90k miles) and was towed to the dealer. Saturday I was contacted by a service rep and said he would call me b Car broke down on a Friday evening (335d/90k miles) and was towed to the dealer. Saturday I was contacted by a service rep and said he would call me back, no call. I then spoke with the service team on Monday AM, an they called me back later that day and informed me what was wrong with the car. I asked to have the estimate emailed so I could review the $2.5k (I wasn't surprised, it was broken bad) total I was quoted. After a few phone calls with the team, I asked that since the car was torn apart they check over the hoses, and recommend any extra services for a 90k mile engine. I finally got the quote 24 hours later and approved the work. Wednesday part was ordered and installed Thursday. Overall, the service was good and they got it done before a major storm rolled into the area. But communication could've been a little better. I tried getting some additional services completed while my car was there, but I never heard anything back so I dropped the issue. Overall, I would recommend Brian Harris BMW. More
