Best Luxury car service Service called me to let me know that it was time to get maintenance done on my 750Li, and they put me on the schedule quickly. Once in, Rick kept me updated with my vehicle which made me feel less worried while I was at work. He also left a voicemail for me with his personal info for if I had any questions or concerns and to let me know that it was ready and had also been washed. Also they had it nearly three weeks unbelievable! i changed customer service and friendliness stars just because it pushed rating up so apologies to customer service who i don’t have issue with just the cowboys who did / n’t do the work requested.
