Surprised with how easy they made it My check engine light went on and I brought my Ford Escape in. It was determined that they needed to hang onto my car for a week so they rented me a c My check engine light went on and I brought my Ford Escape in. Then they replaced the entire engine because a service bulletin had been issued for the Cylinder 3 misfire code that had come up. I picked my car up after the week and was on my way with a new engine-----under warranty, so no charge to me. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful during this experience. More
