I am Beyond VERY DISAPPOINTED (this is an Understatement and being kind) with the Toliver Ford Maintenance department. Particularly with Kayla Farmer. My Background: I am retired after working over 35 ye and being kind) with the Toliver Ford Maintenance department. Particularly with Kayla Farmer. My Background: I am retired after working over 35 years in the Aviation Maintenance Field. I am a FAA Licensed Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic. I worked for Major Airlines that are now either part of Delta Airlines or United Airlines. Working for them I was not only a licensed mechanic performing everything from routine overnight maintenance, to major overhaul. I became a Lead Mechanic overseeing a crew of licensed mechanics. I then became an Inspector, inspecting work that was completed by the mechanics. I held an FAA “Inspection Authorization”, and could certify a small aircraft “Airworthy” after maintenance. I owned and operated my own small FBO (Fix Base Operation) for this. Lastly I Held a Private Pilot license and was Instrument rated (this means I could fly in clouds by instruments Only). When my Ford F350 was initially brought into the dealership I was given an initial estimate by Kayla Farmer of under 1000. Then on Feb 18 this was revised upwards to 4100-4200. This forced me to rush down to my bank and get a loan. However the Total Bill that I received was just under 5000!!!!!!! (4997.75) I did speak to another representative who represented themselves as Kayla Farmer’s boss prior to receiving the final bill. I am Not Disputing the Work or Cost. It is what it is. What I am upset about is what I feel is a Boldface LIE by the Service Department with a Bold Face Lie of what the cost was going to run. I can only speculate the reason. I am NOT Recommending this Ford dealer to ANYONE. In fact the opposite. I have told my friends that also have Fords to Stay Away! More

After they sell you a vehicle they are very unwilling to interact with you. I had 3 items I needed addressed and I still need them addressed. Lousy follow up with customers; both after sale and for service. Acted like they didn’t know us when we had just special ordered and bought a $70K+ vehicle. They don’t ever clean them unless you really push them and they don’t provide the courtesy cars as advertised and promised for new Lincoln vehicles. All but Gary in the sales department are worthless and unfriendly, but the Service personnel are friendly and competent despite the dismal responsiveness. Clearly this dealer has extremely poor and miserly management. More

Employees are friendly. Had Expedition repaired in body shop. It took 5 days to repair on a very small job that should not have taken that long. Dropped off early on a Monday and they were expecting it, an shop. It took 5 days to repair on a very small job that should not have taken that long. A headlight was replace and it had condensation in it. It did go away. Also had a small piece of paint between 2 parts that should not have been there. I would give them a B+ on the job. More
