Great Experience!

I met John and Louie when I flew down to Dallas to purchase a Porsche 911 Turbo. All the staff were very friendly and it is immediately apparent they take great pride in their work. The level of customer service was exceptional through the whole process – from my initial email contact with John through to assisting me with finding a shipper to get the car up to Canada! I am happy to recommend John as dealer and I congratulate them on another job well done.

My experience with Lamborghini Dallas and Scot Whitworth has been nothing short of exceptional. From the first communication over the phone to discuss the vehicle, to email correspondences thereafter to discuss the condition of the vehicle and clarify the many questions I had, all the way to handling the payment for the vehicle and the transportation of it, the dealership and Scot have been extraordinarily accommodating. I wish that every one of my dealings with dealerships would be as simple and pain-free as this. I highly recommend doing business with them to anyone and everyone.

From North Pole Alaska to Dallas Texas!

John Hrad is a phenomenal person and an attentive salesman who is extremely detail oriented. Coupled with Louie and James, Lamborghini Dallas is one dealership bucking the trend.
I found my dream car in their showroom. I live in Alaska and was naturally reserved about making a purchase all the way in Texas, which is 4000 miles from me. The distance made no difference because John made it feel as though he were down the road. He never once delayed a response to any of the many, many emails and phone calls I made to him…..even on the weekends! Due to our logistics I had to put a lot of trust in John and he never once let me down.

This was a leap of faith for me. After less than 2 weeks of talking to John, I was on a plane flying for an 11 hour flight to Texas to meet a flawless 911 Porsche.

Once I arrived, James a sales assistant picked me up at my hotel. How accommodating is that? I then met John and drove the most amazing car. Louie had all the paperwork inline and ready to go. After a thorough tutorial and walk around with John, I bought it. What a dream come true.

These folks are prepared to do what’s required to make you feel comfortable and welcome to ensure you are satisfied with not only the car but the entire process. They were up to date on the legalities on purchasing a car and living in another state, shipping cost, registration, and the licensing.

John was aware of my plan to drive the car across America on a once and in a lifetime solo trip. He was always one step ahead of me, such as suggesting a 3M clear coat bra to be installed to protect the paint from its pending adventure. But going one step further and seeing to it that other potential problem areas were coated. This is the service I’m talking about. I really can’t sum up in this email how John had taken care of every little detail. To help you relate, I can tell you the next car I buy will be from John. Not only did I buy a beautiful one of a kind Porsche, I made a friend, 2 actually. I was able to meet John’s wife Kelly when they took me out for dinner.

John Hrad is one of the best sales professionals I have met - and I buy a considerable amount of cars! Mike Luango is a terrific and knowledgeable technical resource. There is nothing he cannot problem solve in Lamborghini or Ferrari cars.

I use Lamborghini Dallas to service my Lamborghini and during a service visit came across a pre-owned McLaren with only 800mi sitting in the showroom. I asked a few questions and all of the staff were very helpful. I asked about trading-in an Aston Martin of mine towards the McLaren and after a few quick emails we agreed on the terms of the deal. John and Louie prepared all the paperwork and had it ready for signature as well as the vehicle ready for delivery when I arrived. I must say it was an extremely seamless and efficient buying process which I find very important due to my very busy schedule. I would highly recommend Lamborghini Dallas for both Sales of new or used exotics as well as service.

My husband and I live in VT. Our last Audi purchase in 2009 was from a dealership in CA that we found on eBay Motors. It was our first experience purchasing a vehicle without actually seeing it and it was a good experience so when we were in the market for a newer Audi we found the exact one we wanted at Lamborghini Dallas. My husband sent a message via eBay and received an instant response from John Hrad. We were so impressed by his prompt response and willingness to answer our questions without being pushy. He followed up with us and kept in constant contact with my husband. John is extremely professional over email and you can sense that he is a good guy and just wants his customer to be happy. He treated us as if we were his only customer. He was also very knowledgable about the car and even shared with us that his wife had an A5 and that she really liked it.

When it came down to negotiating the price, John was very patient with us. We were skeptical to complete the sale because we hadn't sold our other car and he didn't make us feel pressured or that he was no longer interested. He kept asking what he could do to help us get into this car. In the end, he did everything possible for us and made it happen!

We then worked with Louie Bonsukan on the financing and again, Louie was very professional, very friendly and great to work with. Louie was in constant contact with my husband regarding every aspect of the financing and he made it such an effortless process.

Our car was delivered yesterday and it exceeded our expectations!! The pictures online were so impressive and when this car arrived we were speechless. People we've talked to are so afraid to purchase a vehicle online but I have to admit we have had a better experience working with Lamborghini Dallas then we have had in the past working with our local dealers. John and Louie made this process so easy that we didn't have to do anything except sign the papers! Other online dealers we've worked with didn't arrange for shipping, which would have made this process so much more difficult.

I would also like to mention that their ad on eBay Motors was very descriptive, and the pictures were the best I've seen.

I honestly do not have one negative thing to say about this experience. I wish we could meet Louie and John in person to tell them how happy we are and how this has been the best experience we've ever had purchasing a vehicle!

John Hrad was a pleasure to deal with compared to any other salesman I have dealt with in the past. He was very informative and helpful with my Porsche purchase. I felt like the price was a bit high but understand that the car was on consignment and there was only so much they could do needing customer consent. The financing and paperwork was also a good experience working with Louie Bonsukan. He was very personable and charismatic when closing the deal.

The Lamborghini dealership provides the personal boutique experience one would expect from such an exotic brand. The staff are friendly, helpful and unpretentious. The showroom beautifully displays their wonderful cars, displaying them as the works of art that they truly are.

Probably one of the best car buying experiences I have experienced. From the second I stepped into the dealership I knew at found a new home. John Hrad made me feel so comfortable, was very knowledgeable about the car, and did an excellent job of landing me on the car that was right for me. I was also very impressed as the General Manager, Tim McKenna, was very hands on in assisting John in structuring and acceptable deal for me. Then I met Louie who did a wonderful job of getting my deal financed. I have bought several cars in my lifetime and have even bought cars from a different brand of Boardwalk Car Group but none of my experiences have matched the one I had at Lambo Dallas.
