Joe, I can appreciate why you feel the way you do; however your purchase of the 2017 F250 from your May 2022 delivery was in good working order; within a month you identified a few minor things that we were prepared to address, a mirror, a door lock and a squeak in the exhaust, reasonable things to expect for a 5-6 year 65k miles 3/4 ton by design work truck. You were invited in to address but failed to keep your appointment according to our records. Next, 5 months after taking delivery you had a problem with the rear end/axel; and due to the fact you did not have an extended coverage service plan, it was not a dealership covered item and is the responsibility of you; you were out of dealership coverage by miles and term. At the time of purchase you opted out a vehicle service coverage plan, essentially owning your truck without mechanical protection. We also tried to trade you out of your truck and Jeep without success due to the fact you, like many others, purchased vehicles during the greatest graduation of vehicle prices in automotive history; now that the market has started its correction trend of values sharply declining rapidly. We are no different than you with the losses that those involved in anything automotive related experiences loss. You were not scammed, but were a victim of circumstance. I also attempted to connect with you to plug-in and offer assistance if I could, but was met with a "Don't waste your time" return text. I am available if at any point you want to connect with me.
