I was very satisfied with the service’s provided. I was especially impressed with the new system in the drop off area, and how it operates showing detailed photos of safety issues on your vehicle. I waited two weeks for them to tell me they cannot gets parts to fix the window in my Verano that goes down by itself, adding that original factory parts are not available. And I had to call them. They ad parts to fix the window in my Verano that goes down by itself, adding that original factory parts are not available. And I had to call them. They added that I should seek aftermarket parts myself. I paid $180 for the misdiagnosis of a faulty window switch, which I replaced myself. That was not the problem. The motor is bad. They don't need my business. More
Dishonest and careless service. Scratched the dash and top of the steering wheel in my new truck. Would not even come out and look at the vehicle, then the Service Directo service. Scratched the dash and top of the steering wheel in my new truck. Would not even come out and look at the vehicle, then the Service Director accused me of "scratching it myself with a screwdriver". Claimed the techs just use their hands to remove trim panels. BEWARE!!! Typical car dealer xxxxxxxx! More
After purchasing my Dodge Dart last year, I knew where to go when I had a problem with a Check Engine Light...Bob Novick Auto Mall! My service and warranty replacement was taken care of in the most professio go when I had a problem with a Check Engine Light...Bob Novick Auto Mall! My service and warranty replacement was taken care of in the most professional manner with updates every few days on how close they were to getting me my Dodge back. I cannot say enough about this dealership, after buying cars and having car service elsewhere I can easily say this has been the best experience. Get to Bob Novick and you will see first hand that they strive to make you feel like family in all aspects of the sales/service process. I wish all businesses understood that it's not the amount of advertising you sign up for but the time spent catering for what your customers' needs are. Thank you again! More
My GM radio is "Locked". I took my vehicle to another GM dealer who couldnt unlock it. I called Novick's service department to inquire about it. I told them that the other dealership couldnt unlo another GM dealer who couldnt unlock it. I called Novick's service department to inquire about it. I told them that the other dealership couldnt unlock it and that they said it wasnt "original" to the vehicle. I was told by Novick's service department that it shouldn't be a problem and that if they couldnt fix it, I wouldnt be charged. Well not only could they not fix it, but they charged me (yet only at half the price to fix it). Only to tell me what I had already told them, that it wasnt original to the vehicle. At least the other dealership didnt charge me for not fixing my problem. I hope the $50+tax charge was worth the customer they have just lost (and any customers that may read my review). More
I have a 1997 Dodge Dakota with 91,235 miles. I am the original owner and have always been very meticulous when it comes to keeping the truck clean and in good running order. Recently I noticed a smell em original owner and have always been very meticulous when it comes to keeping the truck clean and in good running order. Recently I noticed a smell emanating from the vents whenever the heater or defroster was on and I immediately suspected that my heater core was starting to go as I had replaced the original one back in 2001 and remembered the same sypmtoms. This is a labor intensive job and one that I felt should be tackled by a dealer. Although I live in Vineland, I am not crazy about the dealers nearby so I went on DealerRater.com. to ascertain what other options were available. I had recently accessed the site and put in a good word for the Acura dealer in Turnersville where we take our 1994 Vigor. This is a very useful site and provides you with good information regarding the satisfaction other customers have experienced with a dealership. So, I was quite pleased to see that Bob Novick was a certified member and that all of the reviews were extremely positive. I spoke with Tony in service and explained the problem I was having and requested a quote. A short time later he returned my call and provided me with a price. I knew that this would be an expensive repair from my past experience and was not shocked by the price he provided. Actually it was quite close to the amount I paid over 11 years ago. The repair was scheduled for Friday and I inquired about shuttle service. Tony indicated that was available and so I dropped the truck off on Thursday evening was given a ride back home by Leon who was very pleasant and easy to talk with. Firday after noon I received a call from Tony, indicating that the truck was ready for pickup. I inquired about getting it on Saturday and again Tony was very accomodating and said that would not be a problem. This morning I placed a call and within a half hour I was picked up by Ed. Like Leon, he was also very pleasant and easy to converse with. Upon arrival at the dealership, Tony greeted me and escorted me back to the area where payment is made and said my truck will be waiting by the front door. The girl that accepted my payment was also very pleasant and cordial. Imagine my surprise when I walked outside and found the truck completely washed and the tires detailed. I had planned to do that when I got home and was really impressed. In fact, they even vacumed the interior. On the ride home I checked the heater, defroster and air conditioning and found evertyhing to be operating smoothly. Replacing a heater core requires removal of the dash and the replacement was done professionaly and there were no squeaks, rattles or noises. If you are looking for a dependable, professional and friendly dealer, look no further than Bob Novick. Vehicle maintenance can be finacially painful but it is so much easier to take when you have the peace of mind that comes with knowing that the mechanics and staff are knowlegable and are trying their best to make you a happy, satisfied customer. I will certainly be returning to Bob Novick for all future maintenance. Greg More
