I appologize for the way you feel. The reason for the additional $800.00 charge is because the vehicle that we have coming in has an MSRP of $800.00 more then the car that we had in stock. The reason we ask for a second color choice is because locating a car is never gaurnteed. Please feel free to reach out to me directly so that we can hopefully resolve this matter. Hi, I and especially my wife were so dissappointed by getting this conversation. If you do not have the car we want in lot and will be available in the second week of October with a $800 more, why does the salesperson gave us a lower deal today? This kind of selling approach is not ethical. How can we solve this issue? We had a deal for the car we want and also they want me to pay the same amount for the car in different color that I do not like, beside impolite reaction to us. Can you please tell me how can we resolve?

The reason he gave you the price was because three dealerships that we do business with were showing as having the car available. When we reached out to them we were informed that they were sold. The reason why the car that we have coming in is $800 more is because it has more options. When you are dealing with a college grad program we are already selling the car below our cost and can't absorb the $800.00. Also we are still honoring the college grad for 72 months which is not part of the program. We always try to do right by our clients.
