I'm from Dallas and my 2017 F150 with 287,000+ miles broke down in Athens. (go figure). I had it towed to the dealer and while I waited for the death certificate on my old truck, Mr. Tevan McAdams (Brin broke down in Athens. (go figure). Shoutout to Richard Dunkerson (GM) and Bo Grant (Service) of Brinson Ford of Athens for the exceptional service I received this week, Even though I presented my Nissan Altima having electrical problems this of Brinson Ford of Athens for the exceptional service I received this week, Even though I presented my Nissan Altima having electrical problems this Ford Dealership diagnosed the problem, provided a free loaner car, and did not overcharge for the over the top care they provided a non-Ford customer. They communicated with me by text as they progressed and even washed my car when completed. I cannot recommend this dealership highly enough for their professionalism and quality service. Having said that, I did give Bo (a rabid Alabama fan) grief over AL stealing my Univ of Washington Husky FB coach to replace Saban. More
