Barbara helped me select the perfect XC40 R-Design strictly through the internet and emails, then directed me to Ken who set me up with a test drive. 5 minutes in that car convinced me. Negotiations over price and trade-in value were cordial, quick and in the end, fair. Ken searched high and low to ensure I was getting the most incentives available. The day we picked-up the car Craig smoothly guided us through the piles of paperwork. There was no pressure to commit to services or items we didn't want. Not only did he have all the paperwork ready upon our arrival but he also contacted our insurance company to have the policy switched to our new vehicle (Saved almost $120/year over the same coverages we had on our BMW X1). Like his co-workers, Craig was friendly and understanding throughout the entire transaction. Other car buying experiences would've ended right there with us walking out the door with smiles on our faces then hopping into our new car. Instead Ken spent the next 45 minutes going through the entire car manual explaining all the cool electronic gizmos installed in the vehicle. It was completely hands-on learning for me as Ken stood at a safe distance outside the car while pointing out the various capabilities of this amazing car. I have been a loyal BMW customer for the past twenty years but thanks to the crew at Brown-Daub Volvo I've given up my Bavarian citizenship and pledged my loyalty to Sweden. More
