I was referred by my In-Laws to the dealership and John personally. From the time I met him all the way through to the sales process he was very professional and very friendly. This was my first time buying a car on my own. I went to another dealership first and then started looking online. John Cheung at Brown was friendly and professional. He made me feel at home and I was comfortable that I was getting a good deal. My car was ready to pick up fast and John took lots of time to show me how everything worked. He even put in a background photo on the computer for me and set up my cell phone.
