I arranged for my old lease to be picked up at the dealer as a result by Fusion. After I picked up my new truck, Fusion reached out advising that the arrangements to pick up my lease were canceled because the dealership decided to purchase my vehicle. I lost out on an opportunity to potentially see if I even had equity in my old vehicle to put towards my new purchase as the mileage was significantly under. The used car manager should have contacted me to advise they were purchasing the truck vs. me finding out from the leasing company. I had to reach out for any paperwork about the purchase of my old truck and was not provided with anything. More
