False claims!! Absolutely not resolved!! That phone call accomplished nothing. The only thing my mother should have been charged for was the oil change and oil leak, the oil leak costing $528 plus the 10% discount and the oil change, another $80, period! When told this during that conversation, the manager said he would get back to my mother next week. Nothing has been refunded or resolved. This dealership still owes my mother $1,600 and has been reported to the Better Business Bureau.
