Completely happy with the service of my F-250 diesel after shutting down to “Engine Idle Mode” due to an “Exhaust Systems Fault”. They diagnosed it the day they said they would get it in, ordered after shutting down to “Engine Idle Mode” due to an “Exhaust Systems Fault”. I arrived at Brown's Ford at approximately 10:25 am and was asked if I was dropping my car off or would I be waiting for service. I was waiting so I was informed to wait in their waiting room.
