Worst service experience ever. They had my car for almost 3 days. They were unable to diagnose any issues with the car even though the check engine light was on. After having the car for almost three days, they pretty much just said to come and get it as they did not know what to do. I had to keep calling to get updates. They never called even once the entire time my car was there. The Service Advisor told me that since the car was not misfiring first thing in the morning when the technician looked at it, they didn’t know what was wrong with the car or what else to do. They looked no further and did nothing else with the car. An appointment which was supposed to maybe take a few hours turned into missing work for 3 days while my car just sat there. They eventually replaced the batteries in the car hoping that would solve the problem with the “misfire.” This took an entire day and $1100. When I did go pick up the car, the Service Advisor gave me a $50 discount and said that this was never supposed to happen. Inconveniences like this are not the norm, and if I needed anything or if the car had any other issues to reach back out. Less than a week later, check engine light is back on, of course! They never fixed the problem! I reached out to the Service Advisor - no call back! I went to another dealership. I will never go back here again – for service or to purchase. More

I recently had the second service appointment for my vehicle. This service department is excellent. They are efficient. They communicate continuously. Went in for my oil change and check up on my Forrester. They were awesome! Was greeted and taken take of immediately and waited in the waiting area. It only took a hour… everything was done, oil changed They were awesome! Was greeted and taken take of immediately and waited in the waiting area. Richard was engaged from start to finish, if it wasn’t for his follow up, I would have never got the truck! He drove the vehicle up to my work and let me test drive it.
