New Jeep sale I will never deal there again. Second time, after bad experience 5 years ago with my son's vehicle ( they titled it incorrectly and refused to fix it I will never deal there again. Second time, after bad experience 5 years ago with my son's vehicle ( they titled it incorrectly and refused to fix it) This time I bought a new vehicle and they have Dodge call immediately after the sale for a review. Yes Sale was awesome but that's it. However the sale did take 5 hours - that's too long! No one follows through. They should be contacting me when parts and tags are in. However, I have contacted them 2 x and they tell me nothing is there yet. My primary # I asked them to call has been my cell phone. I checked my house phone and over a week ago a message was left that my tags are in. Just yesterday I talked with someone and they said not here! When we signed our paperwork, we dealt with 3 different people and were asked to make a special trip back in because the first set of paperwork was out of line in the printer and had to be resigned. ( had a friend that bought a vehicle 2 days after me and she was told the same thing) Never again - More

Hands down best car buying experience ever! I came to Buchanan looking for a new Jeep. As soon as we got there Andrew greeted us right away and made us feel welcome. He showed us everything Buchanan had that I was looking for as well as asked me what I was looking for in a new vehicle. I’ve never taken a test drive with anyone who knows cars as well as Andrew. He answered every and all questions I had. I couldn’t believe how knowledgeable he was! He made the buying process easy and painless. He also wasted no time and was so professional! My overall experience with Buchanan was wonderful but the experience of working with Andrew and Mike was hands down the best experience I’ve had! To this day if we stop in at Buchanan for vehicle maintenance or just to nose at all the new vehicles Andrew always says hello and knows my fiancé and myself by name over a year later. That’s what I call great customer service! If giving more than 5 stars for Andrew was an option I would definitely give him more! More

You just know when it's right I was a long time customer of another local dealer, but wasn't very satisfied recently when looking for a car. It just seemed as if my prior years of business and loyalty meant nothing. My search for a car took me to Buchanan. Kathy was wonderful. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and funny. She was very patient and addressed my concerns as we drove several vehicles. There was no negotiations over the price of the vehicle, they made an offer I couldn't refuse. It was more than fair and way below the Internet price. Andy was also terrific. No nonsense and straight talking. The process was simple and quick. And they even threw in some extra incentives. I am extremely satisfied and would highly recommend Buchanan. More
