Hands down best car buying experience ever! I came to Buchanan looking for a new Jeep. As soon as we got there Andrew greeted us right away and made us feel welcome. He showed us everything Buchanan had that I was looking for as well as asked me what I was looking for in a new vehicle. I’ve never taken a test drive with anyone who knows cars as well as Andrew. He answered every and all questions I had. I couldn’t believe how knowledgeable he was! He made the buying process easy and painless. He also wasted no time and was so professional! My overall experience with Buchanan was wonderful but the experience of working with Andrew and Mike was hands down the best experience I’ve had! To this day if we stop in at Buchanan for vehicle maintenance or just to nose at all the new vehicles Andrew always says hello and knows my fiancé and myself by name over a year later. She was very patient and addressed my concerns as we drove several vehicles. There was no negotiations over the price of the vehicle, they made an offer I couldn't refuse. It was more than fair and way below the Internet price. Andy was also terrific. No nonsense and straight talking. The process was simple and quick. And they even threw in some extra incentives. I am extremely satisfied and would highly recommend Buchanan. More

Then they helped us to find just what we needed and went to bat for us to get it. They even helped us create a plan for our vehicles as we grow. Kathy was our sales rep and she stayed with us through the entire process and answered all the questions we had. If she didn't know the answer, she did what she had to in order to get it without hesitation. It was a friendly atmosphere and the experience was fun. Highly recommend! More
