My wife and I were treated by the most kindest people at Buchanan Subaru. When we needed help, they all rolled up their selves and asked “ How can we help you”. I was lied to several times by these people. I was lied to from the price of the vehicle , to tie-rods and ball joints needing to be fixed when I drove it off the lot and them "ordering the parts I was lied to from the price of the vehicle , to tie-rods and ball joints needing to be fixed when I drove it off the lot and them "ordering the parts". I called them back to see where the parts are, they said the ball joints and tie-rods were within specs and would not fix them. That is NOT what they told me when I bought it! More
