I bought my Touareg from this dealer 14 months ago and while there are plenty of dealers closer to me in Seattle not only was it cheaper to buy the vehicle in Auburn it from this dealer 14 months ago and while there are plenty of dealers closer to me in Seattle not only was it cheaper to buy the vehicle in Auburn it was also cheaper to have the service done in Auburn. It really only takes 25 minutes to get there from Seattle and I was pleasantly surprised that the quote they provided me was 15% less than the dealership here in Seattle. Then when my wife picked up the car it was less than the quote yet all work was preformed. Again, while he explained to me they had done to our vehicle, he took the time to explain what all the worked performed on our Touareg to my wife. Upon exiting the owner of the dealership Matt was down in the service department. He saw my wife with multiple packages and that it was raining outside.
