I have never been to the perfect dealership, but throughout the process of purchasing my latest vehicle, Chris Zibrida of Bud's Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Celina, OH earned my business. I started with internet research and found that www.budschryslerdodgejeep.com had some of the best prices within a 200 mile radius. I met Chris on my first trip to the dealership and though we did not initially come to an agreement, (my fault as much as anyone's), Chris was tenacious in trying to earn my business. He was not overbearing, but did keep in touch during the next week and finally presented me with a deal we could work with. I can only imagine how much tenacity Chris used with his management team to make the deal work. I got the vehicle I wanted for an agreeable price with a payment that fit the budget. I can honestly say that Chris and Bud's wanted my business. In the end, it was a good deal! More

Best car buying experience I ever had. THANK YOU!!! After months of searching the internet for the particular car I was looking for, I found it at Buds. I sent an e-mail inquiring about it. Lee responded quickly and was very pleasant right off the bat. We e-mailed back forth for a few days, and she supplied all the information, pics, and video I asked for with a great and friendly attitude. I informed her that I live 50 miles west of Chicago, and I would hate to drive there to be surprised with flaws not being disclosed. Lee then took more detailed pictures for me and was upfront and honest about the vehicle. All this time talking back and forth and she was never pushy in any way. I thought yo myself this is to good to be true with the service and friendship I was receiving from Lee. I decided to complete an on line credit application and Lee guaranteed me she will get me the best rate, and that she did, even better terms than my credit union was giving me. So my wife and rented a an economy car to make the drive to Ohio, and five and a half hours later we got to Buds to see my new Challenger sitting outside glowing in the sun. I gave it a quick inspection before I went to see Lee, and it was just as described and promised. I met Lee and she was just as friendly in person as she was through e-mail. The paperwork was already done waiting for us, so all we had to do was sign and drive. We were in and out of the dealer within 30 minutes, just incredible. After dealing with several sales people and dealerships, this was the greatest experience and most painless vehicle I ever purchased from any dealership. Lee was the best period. Even though we spent over 11 hours driving there and back, it was well worth the experience we had. Thank you so much Lee. More

They were so friendly and made sure to explain everything thoroughly. They also just seemed to be straight up, honest people; never once did I feel like they were just trying to 'sell' us something. My husband tends to trust NOBODY, and even he mentioned how great he thought the staff was, and that he felt he got a really good deal. I started price negotiations with four different dealers and ended up buying the car on line from Lee at Bud's. Lee was great to work with, kept me updated and didn't put me off as not serious like some dealers. Just because you live in Michigan and the car you want is in Ohio doesn't matter.
