The service at Buddy Chevrolet was so tremendously poor that I had to contact the general manager to check on my car. After several days of having my car at the dealership it was not assessed by any of the that I had to contact the general manager to check on my car. After several days of having my car at the dealership it was not assessed by any of the mechanics. What I experienced was many many lies, telling me that I would be next up to have my car looked at, that my car trunk was flooded with water, then discovered after one week they could not work on my car to replace any parts, because my car is over 10 years old and they cannot replace parts that are new parts. They stated that any car over 10 years old have parts discontinued. I was able to get my car after a week sitting in the parking lot and was not charged to have my car released to me. I had my car towed to a neighboring mechanic shop who replaced the alternator after one day. I am very disappointed with Buddy Chevrolet's service, and unethical behaviors. More

I would’ve loved to give 5 stars for the service but the unthinkable happened during my service. As I was checking out with Ray, I sat my personalized work cup down on his counter to sign and pay. Rushing o unthinkable happened during my service. As I was checking out with Ray, I sat my personalized work cup down on his counter to sign and pay. Rushing out for work I knew where I left it. Came back the next morning right at opening and I told Ray where I left it. He said, “the white one?” I said, “yes.” He said, “I sat it behind my desk for you but someone must’ve taken it. It’s not here anymore.” I said, “what do you mean someone went behind your desk and took my belongings? Who could it have been?” He said, “it could’ve been the cleaning crew.” I said, “well how do I locate the cleaning crew or can we check the cameras to see who’s taken my belongings?” He said, “they’re gone for the day. You can wait inside for Bob to get back from Home Depot.” I waited for about 20 minutes and had to go to work. I asked if Ray could take my number and call me back today with the update on who took my cup. After hours passed, I called numerous times and left a voicemail. I never received a response. I called back this morning and asked Ray for an update because it now feels like theft. He said that Bob is out for a procedure and will be back today at 12:30pm. I feel as though I’m getting the run around and being told anything so that it’s blown over but I will not give up on finding out who did this. I expect to speak to someone immediately. After all of my years getting serviced at Buddy Chevrolet which was formerly Superior Chevrolet, this is disheartening to go through. Please come forward with who has my cup if it wasn’t placed in lost and found as I would hope it had been for loyal customers. More
