I was very impressed by Scott Steinberg's straight forward and friendly nature. He took me on the test drive, assessed my CRV for trade-in value and presented me with options to buy. He made sure all my questions were answered and was very thorough in explaining the new creature comforts in my new CRV. We were stuck in a bind. It was late Friday afternoon and my wife's car (our only car) was going to be in the shop until next week. We both work weekends and NEEDED a vehicle. I saw Buerkle had a great lease special on an Accord on their website and called to inquire about it. Good news: they had one left. Bad news: their finance guys were going to be tied up the rest of the night so today wasn't a possibility. After explaining our predicament, our sales guy Rick said he'd see what he could do and give me a call back. He called back and said both he and one of the finance guys were buddies, and since both of their families were away this weekend they would stay late and make sure we got a car that night. We hurried down there and true to his word, they stayed late and got us set up with a new Accord. Not only did Rick and Ryan stay late to help us, the overall experience was top notch. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable--we really got the feeling they cared about us as customers and loved their jobs. Can't say enough about how great they were--I highly recommend Buerkle Honda!!!
