Bill is very personable and made the buying experience a great one. the used car I purchased had a small part of carpet on floor boards that had come loose from the connecting trim. I never mentioned it as used cars will always have some things that are worn. But when a small interior trim piece near the rear window was being fixed due to it causing cabin noise while driving (not related to the carpet) I got that car back to find that the service worker saw the carpet problem and fixed it as well. With that attention to detail and inspection to the over all car while servicing it really impressed me. Now my car is flaw free and is beautiful. He was so open and honest, we knew we could really trust him to help us make a good deal on our car.
