Michelle was very helpful helping me to figure out which vehicle that would suite my families needs. Michelle went the extra mile to help get me into the vehicle that I wanted. Alice made sure that I understood all of my choices with the different warranties. It was the best dealer experience that I have ever had. The car buying experience is very easy and fun when you have a knowledgeable salesperson such as John Trotto at Buff Whelan Chevrolet. We came in to look for a new vehicle for my wife, and left only a few short hours later with our brand new 2013 Chevrolet Malibu LTZ. Michelle and the crew made this by far the easiest new car purchase I have ever made in my thirty five years of driving. The prices she quoted me were the best I could find and the offer they gave me on my trade in was way more than I expected for a vehicle with over 100k miles on it.
