Purchased a Hummer EV from this dealer, not even 1k miles in and I’ve brought it in 3 times to both Thompson and Casa. At Casa, I’ve never been treated so poorly by a dealership. Lira Angel, stay away from h in and I’ve brought it in 3 times to both Thompson and Casa. At Casa, I’ve never been treated so poorly by a dealership. Lira Angel, stay away from her and her condescending tone. Doesn’t know the different between a software update and a reset and the need to run a hardware check as advised by corporate. Kept the car for 3 weeks only to replace parts on the car that were already replaced and did not need replacing. More
