Called (10 Aug) and made an appointment to get 4 tires replaced (stated specific brand), rotors, pads (all 4) and completion of an existing recall on vehicle. Specifically asked if they would price matc replaced (stated specific brand), rotors, pads (all 4) and completion of an existing recall on vehicle. Specifically asked if they would price match as i had found cheaper specific tires - answer was YES, absolutely. I show up to appointment (14 Aug) at 0830 only to find out that not only do they NOT have the tires in stock, but they also will NOT price match. I told them to give me back my car and i will go elsewhere. Asked to speak to Service Manager, only to be met with laughter from several nearby employees who stated “good luck”. I was told he was in meetings all day, called and left specific message and asked for a return call. Nothing as of 1800. I called again and was told he was gone for the day. Will call back tomorrow….. More
