This is an amazing dealership! My husband and I have bought four new Subaru's from the dealership from Gary. He has been helpful beyond words. This last time we went in to the dealership we were in desp bought four new Subaru's from the dealership from Gary. He has been helpful beyond words. This last time we went in to the dealership we were in desperate need of a new vehicle and felt comfortable in telling Gary that. He not only did not take advantage of it, he helped us into a great deal! With each car we have purchased from Burlington Subaru we have had all four vehicles serviced at the dealership. Always, always, always the folks have been friendly, helpful and not intimidating. I love the way that I am treated when I come in with any of the cars - I always feel like a winning Queen when I leave there!!! Simply put, there is no other dealership, NO OTHER DEALERSHIP, that is any better than Burlington Subaru. More

The only issue I had with customer service was a mix up in the time I was supposed to pick up the vehicle. It wasn't a very huge issue but I had to wait for a while and I couldn't score a five out of five in the time I was supposed to pick up the vehicle. I had said I'd be available to stop in as early as possible and somewhere along the line it was misunderstood that I'd be in in the afternoon. Besides the initial mix up and it not being prepped in the morning when I got there they were quite fast at getting the ball rolling and me on my way in my new car. As for the pricing, it's not bad...but I just wish it had been a little bit less. More

When I am buying a new car, my wife and I are very cautious especially when it comes to how much car we can afford. Mr. Dematteis patiently worked with us and was very polite and professional during t cautious especially when it comes to how much car we can afford. Mr. Dematteis patiently worked with us and was very polite and professional during the entire time (as were the other staff members). I told them what we needed and he helped us. Note: We weren't 100 percent positive that we would be buying the new Subaru that evening (although we were prepared to do so) until after we found the exact car we wanted on the lot. Mr. Dematteis answered all of our questions and we were more confident in making the purchase. Mr. Dematteis and his boss stayed late to ensure the deal went through and my wife and I drove our new car home that night. We are thoroughly pleased with the professionalism showed to us by the staff of Burlington Hyundai Subaru of Burlington, VT. and highly recommend buying from them. P.S. We went from a 2002 subaru outback to this new 2011 version. I love it as it has super leg room front and back, and of course it's a beautiful throughout. More
