My husband and I have dealt with Burns Ford for almost 10 years now, and we have had nothing less than great service. From trading for new vehicles, service/maintenance, to just answering questions, It has always been pleasant going to Burns. Everyone has been helpful, including the employees who work behind the scenes.

My Review Of Burns Ford:

Great experience. I found truck on their website and worked via the online chat on cars.com initially. After checking out the truck i waited another 30 days to pull the trigger. Throughout the process, Levi was great. Answered questions, offered to let me drive the truck for a day to meetings if I liked. I really enjoyed the experience and would purchase through them again.

I found this dealership through a web search and submitted a request for information. The reply to my inquiry was very fast and a phone call followed. We set an appointment and I came to look at the vehicle. I was impressed by the gretting i recieved and everyone i interacted with. The dealership was clean and everyone was confident and knew the products very well. Even those that worked at the dealership but not working with me were friendly. I would definetly go back in the future. They may not be the largest dealership, but they certain value customers and were very professional. I felt the price was fair and they made everything easy. Very good dealership!

I was very pleased with my experience at the Burns Ford dealership. I found everyone to be extremely informative, professional and friendly. I was able to drive the vehicle I was interested in for a few days, which helped me make my decision about purchasing it. They helped me find the right vehicle for me and I had it within a few days. I would definitely recommend this vehicle to everyone.

My Review Of Burns Ford:

When we entered Burns Ford , Mr Boan greeted us with a friendly smile and asked us the reason for our visit today He was very professional . We were not sure if it was time to rotate our tires or not and he very quickly was able to let us know that it was time to get them rotated. Seth was very friendly and professional also in explaining the Dealer Rater program and how he would appreciate it if we could go on line and rate our visit. With previous vehicles I have had I would always get my car serviced somewhere besides the dealership because i always heard they were expensive but I found out with Burns Ford that is not the case. My husband and I were very pleased with the staff and the good service we got on yesterday's visit. Thank-You Burns Ford!

Friendly sales staff, had plenty of time to inspect, review the selection prior to any sales discussion. Sale process went fairly quick, and staff discussed options as we went along.

My Review Of Burns Ford:

Each member of the staff we worked with were very geniune people. They were friendly and we felt comfortable working with them. Brian was not pushy and let us decide on our own time table. We did not feel like we were just another person to sell a car to. Brian allowed us to ask him about the car instead of going into a pitch telling us everthing from a script. This gave us a chance to find about the feratures that were important to us.

Jeff was willing to listen to our offer and he try to work with us to find a deal we could accept. He is a likeable person.

I live in uptown Charlotte and commute about 45 minutes to Burns Ford for their excellent service and freindly staff. They provided me with an excellent sales experience and followed up with an even better service experience. I am a life-long customer and Burns Ford has my complete endorsement.
