My car was diagnosed as needing a tire sensor and when I was finally able to get it installed and there were finally no more lights on my dashboard, I was running an errand and it was raining and chilly and was finally able to get it installed and there were finally no more lights on my dashboard, I was running an errand and it was raining and chilly and three low tire lights came on. I drove straight to the dealership which fortunately I was just passing and they were awesome! they immediately checked and filled the tires so that I could continue on my way. Thanks guys!! People ask me why I continue to use the dealer for service- well this is why!! More
This place is terrible! How y’all giving customers the runaround then after having our vehicle for two months, now y’all scream it’s staffing issues. If it was staffing issues why not say that up front, because it’s plenty of businesses with staffing issues around the country so being honest would make customers more understanding. All this testosterone up here but not an ounce of confidence to own up to their sorry xxx mistakes, and their lack of customer service. But as soon as you in their face up in person now they have a lot of information. How the xxxx you do not have information and updates over the phone but you got updates in person. Then the xxxxx xxx managers don’t wanna deal with customers but got these sorry xxx servicemen who lie and keep loops. Coming from a manager in the customer service industry lies on lies on lies, ends up being a bad karma that will catch up to you. Once again I’m grateful for the case managers from corporate because they can give us all the things we needed to provide to the lawyer. Also for anyone wondering this is a private business so therefore they are suable. Also pay attention as well to the reviews, we still don’t have our car back, but just like we are waiting, the lawyer wants to see if when we do get it back if it’ll be more issues, that’ll be like the icing on the cake. Don’t take your car to them. You know business bad if the managers don’t respond to reviews lol, corporate management 101! Also they xxxxed up because my spouse is a disabled veteran, this will go to the highest extent. More
WARNING— Do NOT trust this dealership! I want to warn all potential customers about this dealership! They severely ruined my car while replacing my engine (warranty covered repair). I came to pick up my car and it was covered in deep scratches from front to back. I can't even begin to imagine what happened to my vehicle. They had it on their lot for 3 months due to a national back order on my same engine (bc so many other engines needed to be replaced). They first agreed that the damage must have been caused on their lot, but once they realized the scratches couldn't just be buffed out bc they were too deep they began to deny responsibility for the damage. The new dealership manager, Tim Lynch, then tried to deny responsibility once he realized the fix was too expensive. They REFUSE to properly repair the damage that they caused. I had the damage assessed by my insurance company and it is an estimated repair cost of $2,019.58. They have a new general manager Tim Lynch who could care less about customer service! Here are the details to exactly what happened: I took my vehicle to Burns Hyundai for repair because my engine was damaged. I drove the vehicle in and they diagnosed that my engine needed to be replaced. My vehicle is still under warranty so they were covering all repair costs and providing rental through the warranty. My engine parts were on a national backorder bc of so many of these engines blowing across the US, so they had my car on their lot waiting for repair for 3 months. When they finally said it was complete I came to pick it up and saw deep scratches on all panels of my car even including the hood! When I pointed it out to them they acted bewildered but agreed that the scratches were too obvious to have already been there, so Lou (Asst Service Manager) said they could buff out the scratches. They attempted to, but he called to report to me that there were still deep scratches on 2/3rds of my car and that upper management refused to repair it by painting it. Tim Lynch (new general manager) said the repair is too expensive, so I need to pick one bumper and they will paint that one bumper and it will most likely be a different color than the rest of my car! He acted as though he was doing me a favor. I obviously refused this crazy offer and told him that I want them to repair all the damage that occurred to my car while under their care. I in no way should have to be the one responsible for the cost of repair! Their own policy is to take pictures of EACH vehicle that comes in for repair AND they mysteriously have no pictures of my vehicle when I first dropped it off! I am disgusted that a business would be so dishonest. I had the damage assessed by my insurance company and it is an estimated repair cost of $2,019.58. I also filed a police report before I drove the vehicle off the lot. I will continue to fight this to ensure that they pay for the damage they did to my car but I am furious that I even have to waste my time fighting this when it is obvious that they damaged my vehicle. These people do not work for the customer, their priority is to get you to sign a fraudulent 5 year contract, which they will not abide by once push comes to shove. Their warranty is an absolute joke and will not cover you if it means they have to take full responsibility. These people are all plastic smiles and will tell you anything you want to hear. I actually have a friend who worked there for a few years and quit, due to the corruptness of this unlawful, deceitful corporation.
