I had an excellent experience with Burns Hyundai from start to finish. My situation was not simple. After being mishandled by another Hyundai dealership, I was not willing to make another long trip unless there was a real path to completing a deal. All of my initial communication with Burns was handled through email, which I really appreciated. Diane Coates took the time to understand my situation, passed all the details along to management, and did not pressure me to visit the dealership before the numbers were properly reviewed. Sam, the sales manager, was outstanding. He understood the full situation before moving forward, contacted Burns Honda to work through my Honda lease payoff, structured the deal clearly, and kept everything straightforward. He gave me different options, explained the numbers, and made a complicated situation feel manageable. Bob Nage was also excellent. He was extremely nice, professional, and very knowledgeable about the IONIQ 9. He answered my questions clearly, walked me through the vehicle and its features, and made the delivery experience comfortable and easy. His knowledge of the vehicle really stood out. When I arrived for pickup, the IONIQ 9 was ready and fully charged. That may sound like a small detail, but it showed that the team was prepared and respected my time. Andrew Chinci, the Business Manager, was also very helpful and never pushy. Most importantly, he was willing to negotiate on the optional add-ons. The pricing was reasonable and not excessive like some of the add-on packages I encountered at other dealerships. The finance process felt like a conversation rather than a pressure session. The Burns team handled most of the process remotely, communicated clearly, and followed through on what they said they would do. That was a huge difference compared with my experience elsewhere. I also appreciate Bob helping with a missing charging adapter and working to have it ordered quickly. I am extremely happy with my IONIQ 9 and with how the entire transaction was handled. Burns Hyundai earned my business by being professional, knowledgeable, transparent, and focused on finding a solution. They also earned future business from my family. My wife and daughter both have leases ending next year, and they will be going to Burns when it is time for their next vehicles. I would absolutely recommend Burns Hyundai to anyone looking for a Hyundai, especially an EV. They made a complicated deal feel simple, and that says a lot. More

We came to Burns after having a not-so-great experience at another dealership, and everyone here was so understanding and empathetic about what we had previously gone through. They genuinely went above and beyond to make this the best car-buying experience we’ve ever had. I can honestly say I’ll continue going back to Burns for all future vehicles — and that says a lot because I typically do not enjoy the car-buying process, lol. From the moment you walk through the doors, to the moment you leave, and even the follow-up check-ins afterward, the team at Burns makes you feel valued and taken care of. I first heard of Burns Hyundai through the Costco Auto program. Everyone was friendly and attentive. We had a couple of issues during our purchase. They immediately addressed and resolved the issues. This is the 3rd new Hyundai we have purchased from Burns. Everyone at the dealership is friendly and professional and go out of their way to make sure we were taken care of.
