He was very thorough and helpful in understanding my vehicle needs, budget and overcoming some of the issues that came into play because of the trade in with my Ford Focus and negative equity. I found him to be a real advocate in working with me and Finance to come within my budget and deliver the model and lease option that would be best for me. The managers I met were very welcoming and helpful as was Finance.Taylor provided a great tutorial so I felt very comfortable driving my newly-leased Elantra home. I needed brakes and an oil change and it was recommended that we have the brake pads replaced and the fuel line flushed. We were also due for a fuel injection service and it was recommended that we had the wipers replaced which I noticed that morning were not wiping very well.
Overall a great car shopping experience. I really appreciate the help regarding my unfortunate situation after an accident them left me without a car. Will continue to recommend and purchase in the future from Burns.
