THIS IS OUR 3RD Hyundai produce, I purchased this 2016 Sonata to replace a 2005 Sonata that I bought new from another dealership, my wife has a 2012 Elantra also from that same other dealership.
Our experience at Burns Hyundai was far superior to what we had experienced at the last place, every one was professional and gave us exactly what we were looking for a reasonable price, without trying to upsell us to something that we did not want or desire, Chris took the time to explain all the new feature of the sonata so that I was comfortable driving it when I leaf the dealership, he made himself available for my calls and questions after the sale and return my phone calls in a timely manner. He walked me through the service department and set up my first oil change appointment for me. He also greeted me at the door upon my return to the dealership to get my motor vehicle paperwork and then put my tags on my car.
John Campbell checked in with both my wife and I throughout the process making sure we were comfortable with the way the negotiations were going and that we were physically comfortable by offering us beverages and making sure we were getting what we needed.
Bob Earle took his time and clearly explained each piece of paperwork before we signed it as well as offering several options for protecting our investment and explain each one to us and what the value to us was on each options.
I would have to give the entire team that I worked with at Burn's 6 stars out of a possible 5 because I felt that they went a step above superior service and truly made us feel they were welcoming us into the Burns family for life.
Both my wife and I will be returning to Burns for all of our future automotive needs and we will be highly recommending them to all of our family, friends and associates. We were Hyundai costumers since 2005 are highly satisfied with the brand, feel that it offers high value and style for our dollars and we now feel that we have found the right dealership in the Burns sales and service team that also offers that value, class and very high standard of excellence that we associate with the Hyundai experience.
