All work is completed at honest prices, and in a timely manner. I am offered a free valet ride home as well as pick-up whenever necessary, as the drivers are always respectful of my time. Recently, I took my wife's Tucson in for warranty work on a trim panel that was not fitted correctly from the OEM factory. The panel was replaced that day, however the color wasn't exact. Instead of returning the vehicle to me, they offered a loaner vehicle for as long as it would take to correct the problem, and kept in touch daily as HMA researched the correct part number. When the part did arrive, they had it installed and returned to me as soon as possible, again keeping in touch throughout the process. I was warmly welcomed back to the store, and even received a small thank you gift for my wife as it was her birthday! We both appreciate the 1:1 attention afforded by Kevin in service, Annemarie in sales, and the rest of the team in Marlton.
