Owner obviously does not care about the reputation of his business. Went to him in search of conflict resolution and was brushed off and directed to speak with someone else entirely. Insurance recommended se business. Went to him in search of conflict resolution and was brushed off and directed to speak with someone else entirely. Insurance recommended seeking legal counsel with regards to the SC state lemon laws. Would recommend taking the time to drive to Savannah to purchase a vehicle or to have your vehicle serviced. Cannot even begin to describe how deplorable the overall customer service experience was for my family. More

Worst customer service experience I have ever had. Do not buy a used car from this place and do NOT take it here to be serviced. I have never in my life dealt with a business with so little regard for custom buy a used car from this place and do NOT take it here to be serviced. I have never in my life dealt with a business with so little regard for customer satisfaction and/or the overall company reputation. Drive to Savannah. Or Hilton Head. Definitely worth the drive to avoid the disaster that is Butler's dealership. More

Went in a price from a car buying service to see if they would get close and they couldn't. The salesman said he'd give me a deal that would "knock my socks off" but his deal was $2000 OVER the MSRP out th would get close and they couldn't. The salesman said he'd give me a deal that would "knock my socks off" but his deal was $2000 OVER the MSRP out the door!!! They would not come down from MSRP even a little since I was getting 0% financing. I'll be kicking myself for 72 months for paying it. But we did get 0% so I can't beat that part at least. The salespeople were friendly and knowledgeable about the products. More
