In 2005 I purchased a used 2003 Nissan Altima from a friend. I had all my maintenance work done at Byerly Nissan with true satisfaction. Since I had such excellent service from Byerly's service department I thought there was no other place for me to go to purchase my new vehicle. I knew a had to have another Altima. I purchased my beautiful Navy Blue Nissan Altima and couldn't be happier. Scott is a super great Service Manager and Bob was a wonderful salesman. Keep up the good work guys. More

Six days ago I walked onto the lot at Byerly Nissan not knowing anyone associated with the dealership. The first vehicle I saw was the one I had come looking for. I walked into the showroom and was greeted by Clyde Gibson. I am nearly 80 years old, and in the 60 years I have been buying vehicles I have never had a more pleasant experience. There was no hassle, just straight-forward common-sense information about the vehicle, price, warranty, etc. and the deal was complete. I was equally as impressed when I dealt with Trisha Brown in finalizing the contract. There was absolutely no pressure or intimidation in any way. I have already received raves and compliments from my neighbors and friends at church on my Black Ametheist Rogue SV/SL. To ask if I would recommend Byerly Nissan and Clyde Gibson is a resounding "YES", in fact two days after I purchased my vehicle I brought a friend and she purchased the exact same Rogue SV/SL as I have. Not only did I receive great customer service, I also left with a great car! My boyfriend was more impressed than I was due to Pat's great personality and love of baseball- I couldn't keep those too from having a great time talking to each other, it was hilarious and kind of cute. We will have to replace my boyfriend's car in a couple of years and we have already decided that we are coming back for sure!!!! I only wish we could give more stars instead of just 5.
