The sales staff was great the day we bought our RAV4 . Carson our salesman was supposed to order mud flaps and door guards they were going to put on. Three weeks later we have not heard from them. We called the dealer and found out nothing was ordered. The service department said it would only take a day or two to get in. Not very impressed with the follow up after sale. More

This is my third used Toyota purchase In a row from Byers. I came in at the end of November 2020 and purchased a 2019 C-HR. I contacted my salesperson and am still waiting for the owners manuals. For Byers. I came in at the end of November 2020 and purchased a 2019 C-HR. I contacted my salesperson and am still waiting for the owners manuals. For some reason he does NOT want to send me these manuals. I even copied 2 of the Used Car Sales Managers on the correspondence but still no manuals. When I walked into the dealership I actually asked for my previous salesman. The first car I purchased from Byers didn’t have the manuals either but my then salesperson (who is now a sales manager) got these for me. I wasn’t happy with my 2nd car purchase and told Byers but kept the car for 16 months. So now I am still waiting for the owners manuals that should be with my certified car. I guess I thought they would have some loyalty to me considering I was purchasing a 3rd car from them. I can infer from their lack of action that they care only about their commissions and up-selling warranties rather than their customers. I will not be back to this dealership again. More
