I am disappointed with the quality of my service. My appointment was at 8AM and I wasn't called about my car until 3:25PM that afternoon. This frustrated my because I was told I had to make a decis My appointment was at 8AM and I wasn't called about my car until 3:25PM that afternoon. This frustrated my because I was told I had to make a decision about ordering parts by 3:30PM so they would be delivered the next day. I do appreciate the fact that I was given a quote for each item that needed or was receommended to be replaced. I understand that prices have increased, but I just cannot justify paying $120 for your service department to replace 2 bulbs in my car. Also, I was told that I had a "slight tear" in my air intake tubing and that it might cause problems later down the road. I was told that I could put tape over it and that would help until I was ready to get it replaced. I opted not to have that replaced since I was already paying for a solenoid to be replaced. Long story short, when I picked up my car the check engine light was still on and my car was still hesitating when I accelerated. When I got home my husband looked under the hood of my car and noticed the a cover that was connected to my air intake tubing was missing screws and was not properly tightened down and this had caused a very large tear in my air intake tubing. I am definitely disappointed in the quality of service on my car. More
