Poor customer service. Initial buying experience was decent. However, the jeep I bought needed body work. The first manager (David) I dealt with was great and helped get the Initial buying experience was decent. However, the jeep I bought needed body work. The first manager (David) I dealt with was great and helped get the body work done as quick as possible. I call the day to pick up my vehicle and David was not working. I talked to Tom. He was the rudest, laziest, and most unprofessional manager I have ever dealt with. He told me it would be another week until my car would be ready to pick up. Why? He didn't know and was unwilling to pick up the phone and call the body shop to find out. Instead he made snide remarks about why David would tell me my jeep would be done that soon, he would have never told me it would be done so soon. After talking to Marc in fiance, he was more than willing to help and called the body shop and miraculously my jeep was ready to be picked up later that evening. Tom ruined the entire experience I had at the dealership. I would not recommend due to the risk of having to possibly deal with Tom. More
