The staff was awesome, got me in and out as promised and as always kept me informed as to what was going on. This review would have easily been a five if not for the individual who greeted me initially allo as always kept me informed as to what was going on. This review would have easily been a five if not for the individual who greeted me initially allowing me to believe he was a service writer. This individual immediately met me as I pulled in and asked what brought me in to the dealership today and after a brief conversation he walked around my jeep as if he was looking it over for and defects prior to service. He then proceeded to tell me that I was in violation of Florida law and that the state of Florida required the windshield be replaced if it had four or more chips in it. (The chips were so minute they were hard to see even as he pointed them out.) He then stated that it was a free replacement failing to point out it would actually be an insurance claim. Not only did this individual have no business addressing me as if he were there to assist me, he was also providing misinformation in an attempt to sell me a windshield that I do not need. Other than that my experience was awesome. More
