2014 Jeep Cherokee! Love it! I drove from Wimauma, almost 100 miles, to get to this dealership to view the Jeep Cherokee that had all the features I was looking for in a Jeep. Bef I drove from Wimauma, almost 100 miles, to get to this dealership to view the Jeep Cherokee that had all the features I was looking for in a Jeep. Before starting our trip I had contact with the dealership two days prior to confirm that vehicle was in their lot. They held the vehicle until we were able to make it out to the dealership later that evening. When I got to the dealership the staff was friendly and made the car shopping experience pleasant. They checked inventory to make sure this was there were no other vehicles of interest nearby. They also offered to make any changes necessary to the vehicle in order to meet my needs. In the end we purchased the Jeep Cherokee that I wanted, at the right price, with additional upgrades that we were unaware of until we arrived at the dealership. I am very happy with my purchase. I have been driving my new Jeep Cherokee for two weeks now and love it! Thanks for all the help Jeff! More

Good Experience We started out "just looking" on two days ago, looked at several dealers and returned to Bill Bryan. Todd Wood was very helpful as we moved around in what we wanted (2014, 2015, 200, 300). The final experience was flawed by an unacceptable wait time to close. We probably reached a deal about 430pm. We did not drive home until close to 7pm. Don't know who dropped the ball, but it would have been much better to tell us they were backed up and ask us to come back the next day. More

Disappointed Roy Smith was our salesperson and he did an excellent job. He quickly reacted to our concerns and made us feel very comfortable dealing with him. The only problem we experienced and the reason for the lower score in overall experience was that we agreed to a final price and when we finalized the documents with the finance person, the final price was not the agreed priced. We didn't argue the increased price as we had another commitment and we were running out of time. So we signed the documents and felted a little disappointed at the end of the process. More
