I had trouble with my new Tundra about 20 mile from the dealership that required a tow truck. I called the dealer and and they put me in contact with a technician. We went through some diagnostic steps on dealership that required a tow truck. I called the dealer and and they put me in contact with a technician. We went through some diagnostic steps on the phone and he determined that a tow was warranted. Within 25 minutes or so the tow truck arrived and we were on our way. This all started around 4:15pm. Before lunch the next day the problem was solved. I am completely satisfied with my experience with the service department at Country II in Pampa. More
