Don't fall for the bait and switch technique of Ryan Broome mailing a letter saying he will guarantee $1K over KBB because they need inventory. We of course looked up our KBB before going in. We looked Broome mailing a letter saying he will guarantee $1K over KBB because they need inventory. We of course looked up our KBB before going in. We looked around and found a vehicle we wanted while they appraised our vehicle. Patrick Mulvihill waited almost three hours to come back to us and give us an appraisal that was to the dollar the lowest KBB appraisal of the range we knew to expect having done our homework. Then he precedes to tell us that to turn around and sell our vehicle he was going to need to put $6100 into it between cosmetic upgrades and detailing work. Not only did Patrick break their guarantee of a high offer, they offended us with the number being significantly lower in value. To be more correct, it was almost 25% lower than the lowest KBB. I was so insulted that I told them right then and there that I would be writing a poor review for them in addition to never going back for service as I have been since purchasing my Cadillac. Our salesperson was Chris Hawkins and he was perfectly fine and did everything we asked of him while looking at their inventory. Patrick was rude and disrespected my wife while they waited on me to get a coffee by the service bay. He asked what our car payments were and she said she didn't know since I bought our Cadillac and pay for it. He said that is was irresponsible of her to not know that in addition to her not knowing the characteristics of our car as he asked her questions. He made sure to tell her that in his marriage such knowledge is always shared and is a must for them. Sorry for my wife's indifference to simply being happy to drive a nice car with a great brand behind it's name. We'll try and do better...somewhere else. More

What started out as a great experience turned bad quickly, Test drove my 8th or 9th car that day at different dealerships, wanted to find something I really loved. Went through a bad time last year, quickly, Test drove my 8th or 9th car that day at different dealerships, wanted to find something I really loved. Went through a bad time last year, knew my credit wasn't the best, got a cosigner, that lives out of town, she took time out of her afternoon to fill out the application for me. When first contacted the dealership you couldn't stop the phone calls and emails, I started having to call and email them, was told since it was an out of state cosigner we probably wouldn't hear anything from the bank until Monday, this was Friday. Monday rolls around, no word, I give it until right before 2 pm and called Clifton, the sale rep I had been working with, he states he is headed into a meeting at 2, should have good news. 2 pm comes and goes not word. I go ahead and text the number he and I had been texting back and forth from, get the replay in text, no call at 406 pm, that car was sold this morning. like to show you some other vehicles that might work for you. My reply was short. I texted my cosigner right then and informed her They sold they car, she then informs me they never even ran her credit or contacted her. they had a day and a half on business days to get this process started, but sold the car without even running all my financial information with my cosigner. I spoke to the manager Josh, it doesn't seem to be a big deal for them, all they were concerned about was getting me in there to show me something else that might interest me. Cable Dahmer Cadillac or any of the others will never get business from me. And I hope none of my family or friends. As a nurse, I would never treat people like this. Zero stars it what I would give. Vic and the people in the service department are amazing. Only good thing about this place. Dalton is a swindler who promised us services we did NOT receive. Amanda Peplow was the quintessential sales person Only good thing about this place. Dalton is a swindler who promised us services we did NOT receive. Amanda Peplow was the quintessential sales person who will not tell you that the vehicle you are thinking of purchasing (2010 GMC Terrain SLT) has a faulty engine. and when it came time to bring in Dalton, he literally sold us (and the sole reason be bought the vehicle) a mythical 5 year warranty package that covered everything but electronics. Come to find out, I actually received a 3 month warranty that expired 2 months ago. DO NOT purchase the additional GPS Theft Tracker or "anit-scratch" stickers that they try to add on for an extra $1000 a piece. It's a joke. They will also try and sell you the "mythical" nitrogen in the tires for an extra $800. Just google that part, it will save you $$$. Advice: when you walk in and sit down to talk shop, say I want my paper work to reflect the sticker price that's advertised on the window. If they bring you anything but, just walk out because the mark-ups they add on and try to sell you are laughable. After purchasing my vehicle the check engine light came on the very next day and when I brought it in to the establishment I JUST purchased it from, I was treated like a leper. I was JUST there the previous day for 5 hours and not one person stopped by to say hello or inquire how I was doing. It was absurd. You give someone your hard-earned money and expect at a minimum to be treated with courtesy. We will never be back. More
Purchased a 2015 Sierra back in July and the original purchase went fine as my previous vehicle was totaled and they allowed me to drive around in the truck until I received the money from the insurance purchase went fine as my previous vehicle was totaled and they allowed me to drive around in the truck until I received the money from the insurance company for the down payment. What has happened since then has been nothing short of ridiculous. The title for the vehicle took about 3 to 4 weeks to come in after my temp tags had expired. I was then informed at the DMV that I was missing a piece of paperwork (the lien release for the original loan shown on the title) and it has turned into a game of numerous unreturned phone calls and promises of people looking into it and never hearing anything back. Initial service was friendly and quick but the forgotten paperwork situation has been a circus act. More
