We apologize again for the length of time it took to provide a windshield for your SRX. Due to the recent outbreak of tornadoes in Oklahoma, and other parts of the country, there was a shortage of windshields for a few weeks. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. I can assure you that our management team cares. We regret that we could not sell your trade in back to you for exactly what you were given. As stated earlier, a week after you purchased your car, we ran your trade in through our service department to recondition it for resale. During that process, we spent money in order to pass the N.C. State Inspection required by law. After learning that you wanted to repurchase your trade in, we offered it to you at our cost in an effort to keep you happy. Unfortunately we did not achieve our goal.
