Al G . Just an update. On Dec 27 my wife and myself went down to the regional justice center to get all the paper work to file against Larry Hamilton who i Just an update. On Dec 27 my wife and myself went down to the regional justice center to get all the paper work to file against Larry Hamilton who is the general manager of Cadillac of Las Vegas. He had made a deal with a Mr. Barnes who is an investigator with the Dept. of Motor Vehicles here in Nevada, and still to this day has not held up to his end of the deal. He received a certified letter on Dec 28 2023 from us in which he has 10 days to respond, and if he does not respond in the 10 days we are going back to the regional justice center to file it in small claims court and he will have to appear. So that is where we stand right now . So I tell the people of Nevada like my father always said "you do not trust real estate people,, lawyers or car salesmen. So please stay away from Cadillac of Las Vegas if you don't want to go through what we went through. They have a D- rating with the BBB. More
