Not 1 oil change, you seem to not understand. Within the last 5 visits. 1. my car was left untouched for 24 hours after an employee called in sick, I wasn’t notified until expecting to pick up my car. 2. Air filter sensor was not reset when changed so error message pops makes me alter schedule to bring in for service that was not needed, 30 mins to figure that out. 3. 1:45 min for an oil change. 4. Last time in tells me 1-1.5 hours, maximum of 2 hours to replace a tire liner ( pretty sure your tech caused when rotating tires ). I wrote the reviews and amazingly you are done within 40 mins. When I bought my car you had loaners it was part of reason to purchase from you. Stand by arbitrary rules for not having loaners.

Multiple customers arrived for service and left before my car was even looked at by a mechanic which was more than 3 hours after my appointment time. That has nothing to do with diagnosis of any issues. It may be due to overbooking, lack of mechanics on duty, or possibly a lack of organization by the service manager. In any case I agree the issue needs to be addressed so people who are waiting for their vehicles do not have their time wasted. The issue would be moot for vehicles left for service by their owners. Your current system is inefficient and results in very poor customer service.

We do not take advantage of our customers, or the elderly, ever. Our service department explicitly reviews all stages of repair and is completely transparent. This is the standard by which we conduct business on a daily basis. We cannot be responsible for misdiagnosis performed by another service center. This is for your benefit, not ours. It is regrettable that we did not install the part initially and it required an additional diagnosis cost.
