I would love to start this review about how great this place was! BUT unfortunately I cant.... I waiting a day for the video after texting Tom serveral times to finally get a TEXT that the suv I thought I was picking up on Saturday had been sold!!!!! HOW I mean Im confused. And to top it off the sales guy didnt care, his reoky was sorry someone wanted it that didnt need to see it! WOW, so Ive been waiting in you to show me the suv after the bumper was touched up, deal done, check cut, made arrangements to get there I will say this was the wirse experience and in the end I have NO new SUV Great Thanks More
This dealership has put a brand new engine in my 2011 Yukon denai without my authorization and is asking 11,000 and has shut my SUV business down . I used to live in the Charlotte area, and I always had my 2008 Cadillac CTS serviced at Cadillac of South Charlotte. It was always a great experience. While I now live a couple of hours away, I needed to get 2008 Cadillac CTS serviced at Cadillac of South Charlotte. It was always a great experience. While I now live a couple of hours away, I needed to get some repairs done to this same Cadillac and I made the trip to Cadillac of South Charlotte. I have worked with Jeff Hathcock for years, and he has been a tremendous resource in helping me to get the best out of my ownership experience. In the last instance, I needed the Sun roof to be resealed, new front brake pads, and an air bag sensor replaced. Jeff and the Service team made the repairs and it was a great experience, even if the Cadillac repairs can be somewhat expensive at times. I can say that in 8 years, I never had to take the 2008 CTS back because a repair or maintenance work was not done correctly. These people KNOW Cadillac. The facility is also nice, and you can get a cup of coffee and accomplish a few things using their Wifi. I can imagine in the auto repair and maintenance business, you cannot make everyone happy all of the time, but I believe these folks sure try to make that happen. Thank You! More

Why did I pay you a 698.00 administration fee ...? Your business did not fill out the purchase contract correctly. You did not collect enough taxes to register this car. Three weeks after signing my contract you called asking for more money to correct/fix the problem that was created by your business. We have/had a valid signed contract for a specific price ! You cannot change a contact after the fact...........especially after 3 weeks have gone by. Your business should now how to calculate taxes for all states surrounding it. This is not the first car I bought from you to be registered in the state of Georgia. That was fully disclosed before I entered your dealership. I walked away the first night I looked at the car due to the price. On the second visit you had lowered the price of the car. Now I know why !!! So now I have no registration and must make payments on the car and for insurance on car without a valid registration. You provided no temp plates so now this car has to be parked. Refund the 698.00 fee I paid for your service and I will pay the taxes myself. Is this how you treat repeat customers....? More
