EVERY other dealership I contacted, with the same information kindly took my information. The responses were they would be in touch when prices dropped. Kassem's only response to me was an email was "Ma'am that's highway robbery! Good luck. So when the prices drop $2000 next year, I will pay cash elsewhere. More

Avoid the service center at all costs. My car had a warning light to have the turn signal checked so I brought it in, they evaluated it, and determined they need to replace the turn signal My car had a warning light to have the turn signal checked so I brought it in, they evaluated it, and determined they need to replace the turn signal light system, but they had to order the part and would let me know when it comes in. When they pulled up the car it had a massive scratch through the paint on the driver side passenger door. I made the service advisor and service manager aware of the damage, they sent it to their body shop to be repaired and told me I’d have it back by the end of the week. Well two weeks later they finally say it’s ready to be picked up. I show up AND THERE IS ANOTHER SCRATCH & DENT ON THE SAME DOOR! At this point I’m not about to leave my car in their care a third time to be “fixed” so I ask the service advisor if I can take it to a body shop of my choice to have it repaired and they will cover the cost which he readily agrees would be an appropriate course of action. I immediately took the car to the body shop and sent the estimate over that same day. The service advisor acknowledged he received it and said he would let me know when the check is ready to be picked up to cover the cost. It’s now been 4 weeks and I’ve been ghosted every time I have called. They say a manager would reach out to me but so far I’ve heard nothing. So now it’s been six weeks since my original appointment, my car has been damaged two separate times by this dealership, it’s still currently damaged, and my turn signal still needs to be fixed. 0 out of 10, would not recommend. He was taught the old way of pretending to drive the vehicle you have interest in. Terrible customer service and lied to upper management about a verbal agreement. This has been the worst experience of my life. This dealer is shady, unprofessional, and doesn't care if they skirt the lines of the law. But the fun part is they refuse to tell me who my warranty is through (my paperwork was damaged) and nobody will call me back to get copies. I took it in, expecting to get my paperwork, pay for the radiator they say isn't covered and get an old repair on my soft top done... Nope. The salesmen lies to save his job. I pull my car out of servicing, ask for a copy of my warranty, and they give me a receipt. Mind you, this all took over a month to arrange, as servicing refused to return calls or keep schedule. I call to ask to talk to someone about my warranty company, I get transfered to ringing lines until they hang up. Worst customer service. They will happily violate verbal agreements. They will do everything to get out of honoring warranties and following up with customers. Avoid Camelback Hyundai at all cost. More

He's a very busy man and very organized in his craft. I have to say buying a car (and an amazing car), was easy, fast and very professional.
