Our salesperson Eddie K was exceptional and definitely deserves a 5 rating. However, our process was time consuming and very stressful. The online search figures were not what was presented to us. Danielle...................................... After researching every pickup truck available on the planet we finally decided on a Toyota Tacoma. The Az Tacoma Facebook Group,Tacomaworld and several friends that own Tacoma's helped make the decision easier. As a small company, we grew from relying on Uhaul once every 3 months to 3x a month and more. So this truck was not only a gift to myself but a necessary part of running my business efficiently. Moving pallets and several boxes per day was not not cutting it in a Hyundai Elantra. I Called several Toyota dealers and was not clear on the trucks and options so I called Camelback and asked for a manager. I was fortunate to speak to Vincent Bruno a Senior Manager and decided to schedule an appointment. After speaking to Vincent for 10 minutes I was happy I made the call. Vincent explained the financing and all the choices available to me. Then he summoned Cheyenne who graciously showed me every Tacoma on 3 lots until I was 100% sure I was selecting my perfect Tacoma. A 2021 SR5 4 wheel drive in Cement Grey with Black Rims...Wow-what a truck. Cheyenne and Vince also made me a great deal on my trade-in and $2500 more than another dealer. Danielle in financing was enjoyable, professional, and thorough in completing the deal. So in closing, I rarely write reviews but I am more than Happy to vouch for Vince, Cheyenne, and Danielle at Camelback Toyota. I purchased my truck yesterday and woke up this morning and drove it to Sedona with Skittles. Great ride and so many interesting safety features, The GPS and stereo may take a few days to comprehend.
