Then explain why I was told a coil caused it?Why was I never told it was not original equipment? Three face to face visits with a different story every time? I was told it was caused by a bad coil. So every time a coil fails the catalytic converter fail? Lie. That because it was caused by the coil it wasn't covered. Lie. Nothing was said to me about a welded on converter. Nothing on the service breakdown. I was told it wasn't covered by the extend warranty which was false. It was also covered by two other factory warranties. Show me proof you're not liars. You have none. I've been a maritime engineer for twenty five years. If you had removed a welded in catalytic converter, it would have added time to the service. It also would have taken more parts to refit the factory converters. This would have been recorded on the service breakdown. You also owe me $750.00 for the week long rental that was supposed to be covered by the service agreement.
