Sent man to evaluate my recall repair and said t hey would schedule a time. Two times repair man never met his appointment. The third time repair man was prompt but looked at my vehicle and said it didn would schedule a time. Two times repair man never met his appointment. The first visit should have told me everything was ok parts are good. Don’t understand the evaluation of the recall. More

It was a pleasure to work with Campbell Ford. I have had dealings with Ford dealers for many years going back to Ashley Ford in Benton Harbor. I bought several cars from Ashley as well as Seiman I have had dealings with Ford dealers for many years going back to Ashley Ford in Benton Harbor. I bought several cars from Ashley as well as Seiman Ford in Bridgman. When it came time to have warranty work done on my 2021 Escape I called Seiman and they were less than friendly, telling me I could not get a loaner car if I didn’t buy my car from them. I called Campbell and you guys were more than willing to work with me, coming to my house and evaluating the situation and then scheduling the repair and setting up a rental car. The lady at the body shop that checked in my car was exceptional. More

He’s extremely efficient, and we felt completely at ease working with him. Even our time in the Box was enjoyable! Bill Fletcher was clear about the paperwork and wasn’t too pushy when it came to extended warranties and protections.
