On April 6, 2026 I bought 4 new installed tires. On April 8, 2026 I went back to the dealership thinking that I didn’t receive the tires that I had agreed to buy. I spoke to Mr. Kevin whom sold On April 8, 2026 I went back to the dealership thinking that I didn’t receive the tires that I had agreed to buy. I spoke to Mr. Kevin whom sold me the tires. Mr. Kevin researched my concern and then personally investigated my complaint. In the end I was incorrect and apologized to Mr. Kevin and his Supervisor Management Staff. The sales team were very diligent and eager to satisfy my concern. My patron was reinforced by the team’s professional and personal support. I have bought a lot of vehicles. The one thing I dread is going to a dealership to purchase one. And you know what I mean about the stress it causes. However… Les, Carley, and Holly made this purchase the best experience ever. It was easy. I had my grandkids with me and it was just a great experience. It didn’t take all day. They helped me with what I wanted and they made me feel like pleasing me was their first priority! Everyone was so friendly and laid back. It was worth the 2 hour drive. If I could give this zero stars I would. They had my vehicle for over a month and never fixed it. Zero communication. I had to pull teeth to get them to return my calls and I had to initi They had my vehicle for over a month and never fixed it. Zero communication. I had to pull teeth to get them to return my calls and I had to initiate the research on my own vehicle's issues with Ford. I have NEVER had such an awful experience in my life. They didn't seem to care at all and in the end, lied to my insurance company as well. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! More
Service Advisor Kasey Ackins is a very professional and knowledgeable individual. He is to be commended on the way he communicated with me when my vehicle was out of service. Never trust this dealer! Don’t buy from them. They are liars . We were in hurry to buy a car half year ago. We trusted them and bought a used car from them. Later we found that the light is indicating there is something wrong with the engine and we need to spend over 3000 dollars to change the transmission. And it is dangerous if we don’t change. More
Being deceived They sold bad used car without telling me there was a transmission issue with that car (they knew it because the engine check light was on and they to They sold bad used car without telling me there was a transmission issue with that car (they knew it because the engine check light was on and they told me that was oil change light and they manually turned if off). I spent over $3000 change for a new transmission and repairman said that’s really dangerous for deriving this bad car. Please keep in mind that they told a lie to me, they can also tell a lie to you; they didn’t care about my safety and life, they don’t care yours as well. More
