Car returned with back door open. Not sure why trunk door had been opened for a tire rotation to begin with. Also low pressure warning appeared two days later. Entire service was covered under warranty and I received a loaner car free of charge. However, my car sat at dealership for first day untouched (I was without a loaner this first day). The next day I didn’t receive a call at all, I finally called at 3pm inquiring about my vehicle. I received a loaner (great!) on Friday but was told I’d be updated on Monday. No updates. Not a single one. Finally I was called at 8am on Thursday informing me my vehicle was ready. I went to pick it up, no one updated me on specifically what was done. But I was told if another issue I had persisted to come back in which was helpful info. The woman checking in my loaner was less than polite (she didn’t offer a simple ‘hello’, she closed the door on my face, she didn’t update me on whatever it was she was doing, nothing, ice cold). And to top it all my car was supposed to get a complimentary service wash— but NOPE! Literally y’all really dropped the ball on everything but the actual service. Do better! More
